  		For the team ranking, I suggest to use the total amt  divided by the active members to get the average amt  instead of using the total amt to determine the team rank.
This will be more fair to those small team.
But also the team active must be at lease 15 active members take part in the challeng.
This is just my 5cents suggestion.

  		This has been suggested before but it will be prone to abuse by simply kicking the lower members out of the team to bring up the average.

Why not this way boss: disallow kicking of members during season starts and only allow kicking of any members during off season or inactive members during season? Members can still join any team during season active window.

Afterall, team leaders has the final say on who he wants in his team.

This would also encourage unwanted team members to start a new team.

I understand what you mean its a good idea but that ranking will be flawed. Lets say I'm currently #1 in rank, with AB$4,000,000. I create my own team, my team ranking will immediately be #1 as 4,000,000 / 1 is 4000000. I would not want anybody to join my team to bring down my team ranking. It can easily be sabotaged as well by creating new nicks and joining that team. 

The current system is fair. We may tweak the 50 members to say 10 members or 30 members but for now its working well there is no reason to change it.
