  		Used to be trading at a high of $1.03, due to bad loan, this stock has been sleeping for months, today it finally wake up and jump to $0.145
Holding this since $0.055, have quite a few water treatment project. Smile
Hopefully the bad loan has been settled.

Note : Do not chase, cause there is a gap from $0.075 to $0.145, need to let it drop and accumulate. Smile

With effect from 9.00 a.m. on 18 January 2010 (the “Effective Trading Date”):
(i) the authorised share capital of the Company will be reduced from
HK$800,000,000 divided into 2,000,000,000 shares of HK$0.40 each to
HK$600,000,000 divided into 6,000,000,000 shares of HK$0.10 each; and
(ii) the par value of each issued and unissued Share will have been reduced from
HK$0.40 to HK$0.10 and the issued share capital will be HK$91,703,831.10
represented by 917,038,311 shares of par value of HK$0.10 each (fully paid).
The Shares of par value HK$0.10 each will rank pari passu in all respects with
each other.
There shall be no change to the number of issued and paid-up Shares pursuant to
the Proposed Capital Reorganisation on the Effective Trading Date. The Shares of
par value HK$0.10 will rank pari passu in all respects with each other. Other than the
expenses incurred in relation to the Proposed Capital Reorganisation, the
implementation thereof will not alter the underlying assets, business operations,
management or financial position of the Company.

From 12 Jan 2010, the price and volume went up quite substantially. In Spore market the settlement date for normal retailer is Trade date + 3 days, which means today is the settlement date. Those retailers who cannot hold have to sell by today. However, please note that some brokers do allow their client to hold for another 2 days (T + 5 days) before forced selling kicks in.
As monday 18 Jan 2010 is the effective date of the capital restructuring, it will be more clearer on how the price will go.

Wait till tuesday when force sell kicks in.

I bought mine at a low of $0.055, now in profit, hence i still will holds and see how it goes.

  		the force sell period has already passed for trading date 12 Jan 2010 when it exploded. Judging from the volume, most like the speculative traders has left on 12 Jan 2010. Today it closed at $0.115, most likely over the next few days the volume will thin down, and sleep again till it been push again (or some new announcement).
Support should be at $0.10

Bio-treat, peak = $1++, 20%= $0.20.

that's the least estimation..it will jump up again if economic is flying
