SinkTel Optos Misled Ausy Broadband Users, Regulator Claims in Suit

SinkTel Optos. misled Ausy with advertisements touting the company’s broadband speeds and data plans, the Ausy Competition and CC said.
The commission sued SinKTel Optos, a unit of Southeast Asia’s biggest phone operator Sunk-Tel, in the Federal Court of Ausy today, seeking to stop Sunk-Tel sg Optos from running the ads, force it to advertise corrections and pay fines.
