With the latest moved on property by the government and also the interest rates will be trending up after the 2nd half of the year the stock market towards the 2nd half will not be so positive :
Any 1% rise in rates will have alot of impact on homeowners.
Especially on those highly leverage homeowners.
Remember those days in the 80's whereby many jump out of the window due to extreme leveraging. The last 10 years due to the low interest rates environment many has jump onto the bandwagon.The bank has captured a big enough clienteles the last 10 years and due to the cyclical nature of property investment , its time the bank raise interest rates.
