The reason gov giving us vouchers instead of is to boost the local economy cash 
if that is true why some of the shops in my neighbourhood dont accept them?
Why? Got business dont want?
I think they all should accept them ..

If not can i not accept and have cash instead?
Whats the point if all shops dont accept them?
