If you think you're not fast enough, try not to move forward too much when the ball is at the opponent's half. Stay in between the center line and the penalty box.Try to create more offside traps and ask the goalkeeper to come out and cover in case the speedy strikers overan you.The bottom line is...play nearer to the goalkeeper at all times.Maybe this will help Smile

I think reading of the game is very important to the game....

As a center back..... But 2 center back cant be slow....

1 must be fast... The fast wan will work as stopper...

The slow wan will be last man....

READING FOR THE GAME!!!!!!!..

Alamak... Just improve on your good point....

You got stopper who help u ma... So in other words for u to push so far up..

Your chemisty with your goalie and stopper must be very good...

Anyway once u have confi to push so far up...

You must be very sure your offside trap is a success....

To forgive. To forget. After all we still love each other. But still we have to part. Fate.

"Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage."

If we must part,
Then let it be like this;
Not heart on heart,
Nor with the useless anguish of a kiss;
But touch mine hand and say;
'Until tomorrow or some other day,
If we must part.'

since he wants to push so far, of coz u haf to be fast to track back...

if u are slow, u haf to stay deep else risk being sluaghtered for pace..

It really depends. If your team is keen on playing the offside trap, then the last man needs to do quite some running. Otherwise, last man should be just like a commander, only in action when needed. Stopper should be the one doing most of the running.
