Before dividend announced share price was 0.305, after dividend announced shoot to 0.475 now drop to 0.445.
Price now already inclusive of $0.10 dividend + extras.
After xD sure the price will drop as people will dump their holdings, end day u lose more than u gain, .
The profit of 98.2 million was due to winning a legal law suit between PPL Holdings Pte Ltd (“PPLH”) and EInterface Holdings Limited (“E-Interface”), and Sembcorp Marine Ltd (“SCM”). They also sold PPL for $58.2 Million and a 49% stake in York for $10.9 Million.
Their 4th Quarter of 2012 also saw a Group revenue decrease by 50% to $16.4 Million.
Conclusion: The Company is not going to repeat a 10-fold increase in the next coming year , therefore the valuation of the company share price of $0.450 is not at all accurate and is inflated by the announcement of the dividend. You might gain 2k from the payout but if u lose more than 2k from selling the shares, not very worth it.
